E.R.T. Nordic AS sells and distributes products manufactured by third parties, including Fire Isolator BV.

  • Product-specific instructions, safety guidance, limitations of use, and warranty terms are provided by the manufacturer.
  • Such terms apply only to the relevant product and are incorporated into the purchase agreement.
  • E.R.T. Nordic AS does not manufacture Fire Isolator products and does not provide warranties beyond those required by Norwegian law or expressly stated in writing.

Fire Isolator products are designed for specific, limited use cases.

Improper use, modification, or use outside intended scope may result in serious injury, property damage, and loss of warranty coverage.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties
